Section 1 General Information & Definitions

The following terms used throughout this document carry specific meanings that remain consistent across the entire agreement:

• "Platform" refers to the bkc33 website, mobile version, and all services provided under it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any member registered on this platform.
• "We" or "bkc33" refers to the entity operating this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered personal account.
• "Services" refers to cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and all other gaming activities on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any welcome bonus, promotional offer, or other reward provided by bkc33.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Section 2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on bkc33. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. If a date of birth provided at registration is found to be incorrect or false, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to update your account profile promptly if your details change. bkc33 may request additional documents to verify your identity at any time.

Section 3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify bkc33 support immediately.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Use a strong password — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out when you are done.
• bkc33 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you did not report it in time.

Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount at bkc33 is ৳100. The following methods are accepted for deposits:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount at bkc33 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds are returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal amounts, bkc33 may request a copy of your national identity card or passport for identity verification. This information is stored securely and used only for security and compliance purposes.

Section 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bkc33 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000

The maximum bonus cap is ৳5,000 — no bonus above this amount applies.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Current wagering requirement: 25 times (25x) the bonus amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms — read them carefully before accepting an offer.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless bkc33 explicitly permits it.

Section 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bkc33 offers various gaming services including cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and fishing games. Each game or betting section has its own specific rules, which are described within the game.

• All betting decisions are entirely your own — bkc33 does not provide betting advice.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, bkc33 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a connection is lost during live event betting, the bet may have already been accepted — in that case, the bet will be settled as normal.
• bkc33 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.1 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Actual team and player names may be used for informational purposes across all sports betting markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. However, bkc33 does not guarantee the outcome or statistics of any specific match.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkc33 platform:

1. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
2. Operating an account through fraud or irregular means.
3. Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
4. One individual operating multiple accounts.
5. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or acting as a "proxy".
6. Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
7. Betting or gaming using automated bots or software.
8. Threatening or harassing other users.
9. Opening or operating an account for a minor.

If any such activity is detected, bkc33 may close the account, freeze the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.

Section 8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by bkc33

bkc33 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or irregular activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Security-related reasons or legal requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before the account is closed. Any bonus for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

Section 9 Limitation of Liability

bkc33 will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Losses resulting from your password or login details being disclosed to a third party.
• Financial losses from gaming decisions made by the user.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government directives).

bkc33's maximum liability is always limited to the current balance in your account.
